Thank you for giving Big Bear’s Village Reservation Service the chance to help you with your Big Bear vacation needs. All of our properties include fresh linens and towels. We also provide Guest soaps and shampoos. If there are any items or special gifts or amenities you would like to request (an additional fee) please contact us to arrange for it in advance. We require a minimum of one night’s rent for a security deposit. It is a hold on your credit card to insure the vacation rental is returned after your stay in the same condition as when rented. That hold will be cancelled following check out and housekeepers report. See your rental agreement. A reservation fee is required on all rentals which is non refundable. |

| All Holiday bookings require full payment 30 days in advance and are non-refundable. If your Holiday reservation is booked prior to 30 days ahead, one half of your reservation will be charged and the balance charged 30 days prior. If booked within 30 days of arrival, entire balance will be charged. Rates and policies subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. In most cases the lower rate on the price is for mid-week stays. The highest rate represents Holiday and max occupancy. Daily Maid service available with advance notice for an additional fee. Christmas, New Years & the February President’s Holiday require a min. stay.. | ||
